2. Collection and storage of personal data
When you visit our website, information is automatically sent to us by your device. We save this for 7 days in a so-called log file. We will then automatically delete them. These are the abbreviated IP address of your device, the date and time of access, the URL of the page accessed and the identifier of the browser used, the so-called user agent. If you use our contact form, the data you enter will be stored in our system to process your request and will be deleted by us after your request has been dealt with. Cookies are set when using external services. Please note the information dialog that is displayed to you at the bottom right when you enter our website. It explains how cookies work and enables you to agree or reject the storage of cookies.

The data mentioned under point 2 are used to ensure a smooth connection setup and to evaluate the system security and stability. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the stated purpose. In no case do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about you.

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties unless you have given your express consent, the disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data, or if there is a legal obligation for the disclosure or this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

You have the right to request information about which data we process from you for which purposes. You also have the right to have data corrected or deleted, to object to the processing of your data and to request that processing be restricted. You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time, but this does not affect the legality of the processing that took place up to the time of revocation. You can request that you receive the data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or that we transmit it to a third party, and you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
