2. Collection and storage of personal data
a) When retrieving content from the app, your device automatically sends information to us. We store these for 7 days in a so-called logfile. Afterwards they will be deleted automatically. These are the IP address of your device, the date and time of access, URL of the retrieved interface, as well as a name and the operating system version of the device used.
b) If you decide to create a user profile within the app, you will submit the personal data you have actively entered or uploaded in the registration form or in the form for the maintenance of your user profile. These data are voluntarily provided by you. As far as you do not want to make these available, you can use the app as far as possible without a user profile. The use of certain functions that require a user profile both in terms of content and technology is then not possible. We store this data until the revocation of your consent.
3. Nature and purpose of the use of personal data
The data referred to in point 2a are used to ensure a smooth connection setup and to evaluate system security and stability. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the stated purpose. In no case we use the collected data to draw conclusions about your person.
The data referred to in point 2b will be used for the operation of functions within the app, in particular the comment and private message functions. The e-mail address you submit to us is used exclusively for the “Forgotten password” function, ie to send you a new password if you forget your password. In no case you will receive unsolicited e-mails from us. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1a) GDPR.
4. Disclosure of data
A transmission of your personal data to third parties does not take place, unless you have given your express consent to this, the disclosure is necessary to assert, exercise or defense of legal rights and there is no reason to believe that you have a predominant legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your Have data or if there is a legal obligation to disclose it or if it is legally permissible and necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you.
5. Affected rights
You have the right to request information about what data we process from you for what purposes. You also have the right to have data corrected or deleted, to object to the processing of your data, and to request that processing be restricted.
